2. Cozy Accommodations: Our well-appointed 2 bedroom with 4 beds, and 2-bathroom retreat is designed for comfort. Master with a King bed, bath, and outdoor patio, the second bedroom offers a full-size adjustable bed, full-size futon, and twin bed. We have all you need when away from home.

3. Outdoor Paradise: Discover the great outdoors with our private boat ramp, pergola, fire pit, and grill area. The Appalachian hiking trails are nearby perfect for nature walks or birdwatching. A spacious pergola offers a great spot for al fresco dining and enjoying stunning sunsets over the river while watching wildlife or just relaxing.

WATAUGA RIVER RENTAL - The River House
Rest your mind and body at the River. At Watauga River Rental there’s nothing like a relaxing day watching wildlife, fishing, and paddling on Watauga River.
Plenty to do around here we are only 1.6 miles from town, and our rafting outfitter shop is just a stone’s throw from the rental.
We will save you money with no additional fees, unlike other short-term rentals.

Flat Rate: $200 / night - Plus Taxes NO ADDITIONAL FEES
Some things are the same as a regular short-term rental. You must pay a refundable deposit, You will be required to sign a terms and conditions agreement. But there are no cleaning fee, no administration fee, etc.
This Elizabethton Rental Check-out is around 11:00 a.m., and Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. (If you require a different time frame, please let us know.)
We require a 2-night minimum. The nightly rent is USD FLAT RATE plus taxes.
The Watauga river house in Elizabethton TN will sleep 4 comfortably and may sleep up to seven.
